DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes, we are capable of shipping worldwide from our US warehouse, although international shipping can be costly and take extra time to deliver. We suggest checking with our list of online distributors to see if Pluginz is sold in your country for faster, cheaper shipping!
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO DELIVER?
US shipping typically takes 3-5 days to be delivered.
International shipments from our US warehouse takes anywhere between 10-20 days to be delivered.
DOES THE JACK RACK USE REAL AMP MATERIALS?
Yes, each Jack Rack is made with the highest quality amp components. We use real guitar plugs as keychains, as well as real inputs and grill cloth for the Jack Racks.
DOES THE JACK RACK COME WITH KEYCHAINS?
Yes, each Jack Rack comes with 4 guitar plug keychains and 1 wall mounting kit. All of these items can be found inside the Jack Rack. To access these items, you must remove the back mounting plate by sliding it over and lifting it off.
IS IT DIFFICULT TO WALL MOUNT MY JACK RACK?
Not at all! Installation takes no more than 5 minutes. Simply place the mounting bracket against the wall where you wish to hang the jack rack, and mark the 4 holes with a pencil. Drill holes on the 4 marks and insert the 4 wall anchors into the holes. From there, place the mounting bracket back against the wall and insert the 4 screws through the mounting bracket and into the wall anchors. Then slide your Jack Rack into place and insert the small set screw underneath to lock it into place.
